{"id":57301,"date":"2024-09-07T09:10:00","date_gmt":"2024-09-07T16:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tabloideinformativo.com\/?p=57301"},"modified":"2024-09-07T08:53:12","modified_gmt":"2024-09-07T15:53:12","slug":"vinculado-a-proceso-probable-homicida-en-hermosillo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tabloideinformativo.com\/?p=57301","title":{"rendered":"Vinculado a proceso probable homicida en Hermosillo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"671\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.tabloideinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/FGJEhmo06092024b.jpeg?resize=640%2C671&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57302\" style=\"width:170px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.tabloideinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/FGJEhmo06092024b.jpeg?resize=977%2C1024&amp;ssl=1 977w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.tabloideinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/FGJEhmo06092024b.jpeg?resize=286%2C300&amp;ssl=1 286w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.tabloideinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/FGJEhmo06092024b.jpeg?resize=768%2C805&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.tabloideinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/FGJEhmo06092024b.jpeg?resize=1024%2C1074&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.tabloideinformativo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/FGJEhmo06092024b.jpeg?w=1156&amp;ssl=1 1156w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hermosillo, Sonora.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Sonora (FGJES) logr\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada para Jes\u00fas Francisco \u201cN\u201d, de 34 a\u00f1os, por su probable responsabilidad por el delito de homicidio calificado con premeditaci\u00f3n y ventaja en perjuicio de Jos\u00e9 Guadalupe \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los hechos que se imputan al se\u00f1alado ocurrieron el 18 de noviembre de 2021, aproximadamente a las 03:30 horas, cuando la v\u00edctima, Jos\u00e9 Guadalupe \u201cN\u201d, se encontraba por la calle T\u00faneles, del fraccionamiento Tierra Nueva, en Hermosillo, Sonora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese momento, se inici\u00f3 una discusi\u00f3n entre Jos\u00e9 Guadalupe \u201cN\u201d y el imputado, Jes\u00fas Francisco \u201cN\u201d, altercado durante el cual el imputado realiz\u00f3 una llamada telef\u00f3nica a otra persona, quien lleg\u00f3 al lugar aproximadamente cinco minutos despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posteriormente, se presume, entre Jes\u00fas Francisco \u201cN\u201d y su c\u00f3mplice comenzaron a golpear a la v\u00edctima en diversas partes del cuerpo; acto seguido, el c\u00f3mplice sac\u00f3 un arma de fuego y dispar\u00f3 en aproximadamente cuatro ocasiones contra Jos\u00e9 Guadalupe \u201cN\u201d, quien intent\u00f3 escapar del lugar corriendo, pero lamentablemente perdi\u00f3 la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras una investigaci\u00f3n realizada por la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Sonora (FGJES) se logr\u00f3 identificar y detener a Jes\u00fas Francisco \u201cN\u201d, quien fue presentado ante un Juez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la audiencia, se formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n y se le vincul\u00f3 a proceso por el delito antes mencionado;
